We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Swift Camping. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll arrange it if stock allows.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
