Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Swift Camping. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and we will arrange this where stock is available.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
